The job nobody wants to do
Interior cleaning is the most thankless and costly process in a fleet operation: slow, manual and inconsistent. We automate it so it becomes fast, consistent and measurable, letting people focus on what adds value.
The missing piece
Exteriors were automated decades ago with the wash tunnel; interiors are still cleaned like in 1980. We are working to make an Alfeon cell as common in a fleet hub as the tunnel is today.

The concept
A work cell where a collaborative robotic arm, guided by computer vision, cleans the vehicle interior autonomously while one operator supervises several cells at once.

3D computer vision
The cell sees before it acts: 3D cameras capture each cabin and build a precise map of the workspace. Every vehicle is different, and the system understands it that way.
Material classification
Fabric, leather, alcantara, plastics: the system recognises interior surfaces and adapts the treatment to each material, with the care each one requires.
Intelligent tool use
A set of proprietary cleaning heads for every task. The system uses the right tool at the right moment, just like an experienced professional would.
Operational safety
Collaborative robotics: limited forces and speeds, safe stop, and the operator always in control. Designed to work with people, not away from them.

We develop our hardware and software in Spain with European technology partners. Intellectual property, manufacturing and support close to home.

El quinto trabajo de Hércules consistía en limpiar, en un solo día, los establos del rey Augías: tres mil bueyes y treinta años de suciedad acumulada.
Hércules no intentó hacerlo a mano. Desvió el río Alfeo y puso la fuerza del agua al servicio de una tarea que parecía imposible.
